If a user forgets the passphrase response, to ensure that the user's data is secure, you must reset the user’s SecureLogin configuration. This deletes all user-specific information, including user names and passwords. For more information, see Section 2.4, Reset User Data.
IMPORTANT:When you set up the user’s passphrase question and response policies, we recommend you keep them simple so that the users can easily remember them, thus having access to their data.
