A work item is a workflow task assigned to a particular user or role in the iTRAC™ application. The individual activities to be performed to complete an iTRAC process are listed as work items in the Work Item Summary in the Sentinel™ Control Center. For more information on iTRAC processes, see Section 6.0, iTRAC Workflows. You can access the work items from any tab in the Sentinel Control Center.
NOTE:To have access to a work item, you must assign it to you or acquire the work item management permissions. If you have Work Item management permission, you can manage work items of other users.
