Installation Instructions:

Adding Subscription Management Tool (SMT)

• You can install SMT along with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP2 as an add-on upon SP2 installation or later.

Adding SMT During SP2 Installation

• Select the “Include Add-On Products from Separate Media” box on the Installation Mode screen.

• Depending on your installation, you can add SMT from CD1 or from a remote installation SMT source, such as an FTP server, on the next screen.

Adding SMT Post- SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP2 Installation

• Under YaST2, Select “Software” - “Add-On Product”, add CD1 of SMT or a remote installation SMT source.

• Follow the installation workflow steps presented.
