We recommend that you configure the length of any Conferencing PINs (Invitee PINs and Meeting IDs) to six characters or more for increased security. See the Conferencing online help, User Guide, or Operations Guide for how to set the length of the Conferencing PINs in your administration Policies.
WARNING:Neither VoIP nor the communication channel between the recording server and the Conferencing server are encrypted.
If you are using LDAP synchronization, we recommend that you enable SSL on your server. The Conferencing Client automatically detects when you have SSL enabled on your server. You also need to get the CA certificate from the LDAP server and copy it into the sitescape-conferencing directory. If necessary, rename it to ldap-ca.cer.
