Novell Teaming + Conferencing 1.0

Download and Installation

downloading the novell teaming + conferencing software:

  1. On the Installation View page, you should have already downloaded the license for the product your have purchased.
  2. On the Novell® Teaming + Conferencing 1.0 Media Kit page, click the Download button next to the file you need.

    The Novell Teaming server is available for both Linux* and Windows*. The Conferencing server is available only for Linux.

  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to download each file you need to a temporary directory on your Linux or Windows machine.
  4. Extract the Linux or Windows file into the temporary directory.
  5. Repeat Step 2 and Step 3 until you have downloaded each file you need into a separate directory and extracted it.

    Novell Teaming 1.0 SP3 can be installed as an initial installation. The original 1.0 version is not required.
    Novell Conferencing 1.0 SP1 can be installed as an initial installation. The original 1.0 version is not required.

  6. Place the license file in the same directories where you extracted the Teaming server software and the Conferencing server software.

    The Teaming + Conferencing functionality you obtain (basic or advanced) depends on the license file you downloaded.
