Data quotas can be enabled by your ESN administrator in order to limit the amount of data that is stored on the ESN site. (For information on how the ESN administrator can enable data quotas, see Managing and Restricting ESN-Based Storage

If data quotas have been enabled on your ESN site, you need to understand what counts toward your data quotas, and how you can view the current data usage so you can know when you are approaching the allotted data quota. If you meet your allotted quota, ESN enables you to delete files and folders that you have previously moved to the trash.
