6.0 Working with files

In addition to working with files within ESN as described in the following sections, you can also use the ESN desktop application to synchronize ESN files with your desktop. You can create files, edit files, and much more. For more information, see the ESN Desktop Application for Windows and the ESN Desktop Application for Mac.

ESN gives you easy access to folders and files on your corporate file system. The corporate files that you have access to are defined by your ESN administrator. In ESN, these corporate files are located in an area called Net Folders.

In addition to files in Net Folders, you can also upload files to other areas on the ESN site for easy storage and access. You can even share files with your co-workers and have discussions about them.
