When you restore a workspace or folder where a workflow has been created, the workflow is also restored with the workspace or folder.
When you restore a folder entry where a workflow has been enabled, the entry is restored with the workflow still enabled. The entry is in the same workflow state as it was when it was moved to the Trash.
