Several issues prevent 64-bit versions of Windows operating systems to run on a VM.
Windows operating systems should always use the setting. You can change from the UTC setting to the Local Time setting by changing the VM’s configuration file entry from localtime=0 to localtime=1. The changes will take effect the next time you shutdown and restart the VM.
VMs running PAE must be allocated less than 2 GB of memory.
