3.2 Managing Reports

You can modify, schedule, or delete reports. You can also view the previous instance or the latest instance of the reports.

  1. In the ZENworks Control Center, click Reports.

  2. In the ZENworks Reporting Server Reporting panel, click ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView to launch the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView.

  3. View or modify the reports as necessary.

    Refer to the following table to understand the tasks that you can perform on a report in the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView:

    Viewing the previous report instances

    Click Actions > History.

    Lists the report instances you can view.

    Viewing the latest instance of a report

    Click Actions > View Latest Instance.

    The latest instance is the one most recently created.

    Deleting a report or report instance

    Click Actions > Delete.

    Only the Administrator account can delete the report instances in the Predefined Reports folder.

    Modifying a report

    Click Actions > Modify.

    You can modify the report template, queries, and layout.

    Scheduling a report

    Click Actions > Schedule.

    You can schedule a report to automatically run at a certain time.
