Remote Management in ZENworks 10 Configuration Management SP2 provides the following new features or enhancements:
You can perform Remote Management operations on a managed device that is on a private network or is on the other side of a firewall or router that is using NAT (Network Address Translation).
You can perform Remote Management operations on a managed device when an external certificate authority is deployed in the management zone.
