Explanation:  The scanners store minimal information of the scan data in the MINFO.INI file in the TEMP (WINDOWS\TEMP on Windows 95/98, and TEMP on Windows NT/2000) directory. This information is stored in NDS.

Possible Cause:  There is no free disk space on the workstation.

Action:  Ensure that there is free disk space.
