Explanation:  By default, the Scanner does not collect the software information of the workstation. If you want the software inventory, you must enable the Software Scan option in the Inventory policy.

Possible Cause:  The Software Scan option is not selected in the Inventory policy.

Action:  Click the Enable the Software Scan option in the Inventory policy.
