801: ZENworks 2 files exist on the server servername. Files in PUBLIC\\ZENWORKS may be in use. The installation program was unable to rename the directory. Take a backup of the ZENWORKS directory or delete it before proceeding.

Explanation:  The installation program checks for ZENworks 2 Inventory files on the server. If these files already exist in the SYS:\PUBLIC\ZENWORKS directory, the directory will be renamed to ZENWORKS.ZEN2BKUPcurrentdate, where currentdate refers to the current date of the server or the workstation from where you are installing ZfD 3.2.

This error occurs when the installation program is unable to rename the directory.

Action:  Back up the ZENWORKS directory > click OK to proceed.
