Possible Cause: The Database object is not set properly in the properties page.

Action: Ensure that the Database object properties are set properly. In ConsoleOne, right-click the Database object > click Properties > click ZENworks Database. Ensure that the properties page contains the properties that are correct as per your database configuration.
