Workstation Inventory does not show up in the Workstation Scheduler

Action:  Do the following:

  1. Check whether the correct Novell ClientTM is installed on the workstation.
  2. Check whether the workstation is imported properly. From the desktop menu, right-click the Workstation Manager > Display NDS Information. The Workstation object and the tree should be displayed. Alternatively, verify by using the registry Key: HKEY-local machine\software\novell\\workstation manager\identification.
  3. Check whether the Inventory policies are configured and associated to the workstation or to the container of the workstation.
  4. After importing the workstation, if the scanner cannot be launched, restart the workstation.
