In the OpenID Configurations panel, you can select the Create ZCC Session while authenticating external services box to create a ZENworks Control Center session while authenticating external services. For example, external services such as Service Desk can use ZENworks authentication to allow a ZENworks administrator to log into the Service Desk system. A ZCC session is created for users who are successfully authenticated by ZENworks.
