15.1 Status Messages

Status messages give a quick indication of the status of the device. To view these messages, click Devices on the left navigation pane of ZENworks Control Center and click Mobile Devices (or navigate to the folder as configured in your Mobile Enrollment policy). The status icons that appear beside a device are as follows:

    • Normal/Enforced Status icon - No warning or error messages;
    • Warning/Enforced Status icon - Warning messages;
    • Error/Enforced Status icon - Error messages;
    • No Warning/Enforcement Failed Status icon - No warning or error messages, bundle or policy assignment has failed.
    • Warning/Enforcement Failed Status icon - Warning messages, bundle or policy assignment has failed.
    • Error/Enforcement Failed Status icon - Error messages; bundle or policy assignment has failed.
    • Retired Status icon - Retired device; inventory information is retained, but no policies or bundles are applied
    • Retired Status icon- Wipe Pending; unenroll device action is initiated from the ZENworks Management Zone and is waiting for response from the user’s device.
    • Retired Status icon- Enrollment Pending; device object has been created in the ZENworks Management Zone and is waiting for enrollment to be completed on the device.

You can get more information about the warning and error messages by clicking the device and viewing the Message Log by navigating to the Events and Logs tab. You can get more information about bundle and policy status by clicking the device name and viewing the bundle or policy information on the device’s Relationship page.
