Before you can use ZENworks 2017 to patch OES 2018 SP1 servers, you must have the following prerequisites in place:
A ZENworks 2017 server is installed and running in your network.
For more information, see the ZENworks Server Installation Guide.
The ZENworks 2017 Agent is installed on each OES 2018 SP1 server that you plan to patch.
Each OES 2018 SP1 server is registered with the ZENworks 2017 server.
