Before you can use ZENworks 2020 or later to patch OES 2018 SP3 servers, you must have the following prerequisites in place:
A ZENworks 2020 or later server is installed and running in your network.
For more information, see the ZENworks Server Installation.
The ZENworks 2020 or later Agent is installed on each OES 2018 SP3 server that you plan to patch.
Each OES 2018 SP3 server is registered with the ZENworks 2020 or later server.
