IMPORTANT:From ZENworks 2020 Update 1 onwards, by default the new Remote Management viewer is used. However, if required, you can select the Use the legacy Remote Management viewer option to use the legacy viewer.
Using the new Remote Management viewer, the File Transfer operation to an older agent version (ZENworks 2017 Update 4 or earlier) is not supported. Hence, it is recommended that you use the Legacy Remote Management viewer to perform the File Transfer operation to older agents.
Using the new Remote Management viewer, the File Transfer operation is supported to a ZENworks 2020 agent without audit.
