When you create a new primary server in a zone and launch ZCC from that zone, the Heap Dump column status is displayed as ‘Not Available’.
When you add a new primary server, the zenserver-hostnames.properties file of the existing primary servers is not updated immediately. The AlternateHostnameSyncModule runs every day at midnight for all primary servers, which updates the zenserver-hostnames.properties file on each machine. This issue occurs because of the lag between the new primary server configuration and hostname information update.
Do one of the following:
Manually update the zenserver-hostnames.properties file in each pre-existing primary server to include the IPV4 and IPV6 address of the new primary server.
Manually restart the loader service in the primary servers to update the zenserver-hostnames.properties file on that machine.
