Perform the following steps to download and install the ZENworks Migration Utility executable to the Windows device where you will be running the utility:
NOTE:Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x86) must be installed prior to installing the Migration utility.
(Conditional) If an earlier version of the utility is already installed on the device, then uninstall it before installing the latest version.
You can download the ZENworks Asset Management Migration Utility to a temporary location from one of the following locations by using your Web browser:
ZENworks download page: Go to http://zenworks_primary_server_id/zenworks-setup/?pageId=tools, and click ZAMmigration.exe. You will be automatically redirected to a page on Novell Download Site from where you can download the utility.
Novell Download Site: Go to http://download.novell.com and search for the ZENworks Configuration Management Migration Utility to download it.
Run ZAMmigration.exe to install it on your workstation.
