G.3 Preparing the OES 11 Servers for Patching

Before your OES 11 servers are patched, ensure that you complete the following steps.

Ensure that there are no Mozilla applications running on the OES 11 servers you are patching.
On any OES 11 servers that have the ZENworks Agent installed for the first time, verify that the SLES 11 SP1 and OES 11 installation sources are available in the Installation Source. If the sources are not listed, add them before patching the servers.
