ZENworks 11SP2 allows you to take an inventory of all the devices in your Management Zone, including data on hardware, software, and demographics. An inventory scan allows you to collect data from managed devices in your Management Zone. An inventory only scan allows you to scan devices in the zone that don’t have the ZENworks Adaptive Agent installed but do have the Inventory Module installed. This type of scan is useful for devices running Windows, NetWare, and Mac OSX.
