Before you can use ZENworks11 SP2 to patch OES11 servers, you must have the following prerequisites in place:
A ZENworks11 SP2 server is installed and running in your network.

The ZENworks11 SP3 Agent is installed on each OES11 server that you plan to patch.
Each OES11 server is registered with the ZENworks 11 SP3 server.
