Before you can use the downloaded bundles to upgrade your servers, you must download the ZEN11_OES2Upgrade.zip file from the ZENworks 11SP2 Download Web site, then follow the procedure to upgrade an OES2 SP2 device to an OES2 SP3 managed device in the Readme on the ZENworks 11SP2 Download Web site.
