Before you can use ZENworks 11 SP4 to upgrade OES11 servers to OES11 SP1, you must have the following:
A ZENworks 11 SP4 server installed and running in your network.

The ZENworks 11 SP4 Agent installed on each OES11 server that you plan to upgrade.
Each OES11 server registered with the ZENworks 11 SP4 server.
Each OES11 server updated with the latest OES11 and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 11 SP1 patches: SLES11-SP1-Updates-bundle (with install action), SLES11-SP1-Pool-bundle, OES11-Updates-bundle (with install action) and OES11-Pool-bundle. It does not matter which update method you use.
After the SLES11-SP1-Updates-bundle and the OES11-Updates-bundle install successfully, reboot the machine and then remove the OES11-Updates-bundle and OES11-Pool-bundle assignments.
