Where to Find Installation Documentation
Before beginning the installation, we strongly encourage you to read the installation documentation provided with each product. The following list provides directions for locating the documentation.
- The Desktop Management installation program provides an option for viewing the installation documentation. To view the documentation, insert the ZENworks 6 Desktop Management Program CD into the CD drive of a Windows workstation that meets the requirements listed in Installation Workstation Environment. The Desktop Management installation program should run automatically. If it does not, run winsetup.exe from the root of the CD.
- The Handheld Management installation program provides an option for viewing the installation documentation. To view the documentation, insert the ZENworks 6 Handheld Management Program CD into the CD drive of a Windows workstation that meets the requirements listed in Installation Workstation Environment. The Handheld Management installation program should run automatically. If it does not, run setup.exe from the root of the CD.
- The Server Management installation program provides an option for viewing the installation documentation. To view the documentation, insert the ZENworks 6 Server Management Program CD into the CD drive of a Windows workstation that meets the requirements listed in Installation Workstation Environment. The Server Management installation program should run automatically. If it does not, run winsetup.exe from the root of the CD.
- To view the Web Self-Service installation documentation, open the WebSelfServiceInstallation.pdf file at the root of the ZENworks 6 Web Self-Service Program CD.
- To view the Personality Migration installation documentation, go to the ZENworks 6 documentation Web site.
