Novell Licensing Services must be installed before you can use Application Launcher to meter software licenses. Novell Licensing Services is included with NetWare® 4.x, 5.x, and 6.x, and with Novell Cluster ServicesTM. Because Novell Licensing Services administration is performed through NetWare® Administrator, software metering is not available in an exclusively Windows 2000 environment.
