The Remote Management component of Novell® ZENworks® 6.5 Server Management gives you the ability to manage remote servers from the management console. You can use ZENworks 6.5 Server Management to remotely manage Novell NetWare® 5.1/6/6.5 or Windows* 2000/2003 servers.
Remote Management can save you and your organization time and money. For example, you or your organization's help desk can analyze and remote fix server problems without having to visit the server, which reduces problem resolution times and increases productivity.
