Explanation: The ZENworks 6.5 Server Management installation program creates the Inventory Service object and installs the Inventory server components on the server that you specify.
This error occurs if the server you selected is not a ZENworks 6.5 Inventory server.
Action: Do the following:
Ensure that the specified server is a ZENworks 6.5 Inventory server. Otherwise, rerun the installation program to install the Inventory components on the server. For more information, see "Installation on NetWare and Windows" in "Policy-Enabled Server Management Installation" in the Novell ZENworks 6.5 Server Management Installation Guide.
After the installation, in the Server Inventory policy, choose an Inventory Service object that provides an Inventory role. For more information, see "Configuring the Server Inventory Policy" in "Server Inventory" in the Novell ZENworks 6.5 Server Management Administration Guide.
