Possible Cause: The time-out period you have specified for this agent is too short.
Action: Specify a higher value as the time-out period:
Right-click the node and select Properties.
Click the SNMP tab > Settings.
In the Communication pane, select the Custom Settings from the Use drop-down list.
Specify an appropriate time-out period.
Possible Cause: The SNMP Agent is not loaded on the node.
Action: Load the SNMP agent on the node.
