In order to collect and apply workstation personalities using ZENworks Personality Migration, user workstations need to be able to access the \ddna directory you created in Preparing the Server for Personality Migration.
User workstations must also have Microsoft XML parser 3 installed. Windows XP Professional workstations and workstations running Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 should already have XML parser 3 installed. If user workstations do not have XML parser 3 installed, you can download it at the Microsoft Download Center.
You can install the XML parser by creating a Desktop Management Application object to install the XML parser system.
