Novell ZENworks Server Management enables you to empty the current database you are using and use a fresh database. The database files that you are using currently are located in the novell zenworks\mms\db directory. To emtpy the database:
Select all the files from the novell zenworks\mms\emptydb directory.
Copy all the files from the novell zenworks\mms\emptydb directory to the novell zenworks\mms\db directory.
