Action: Edit the ZWS.PROPERTIES file and check the following lines:

Servlet.1.path
Sevlet.1.file
Check to see that the locations and files exist as specified. If necessary, correct the information in the ZWS.PROPERTIES file. Restart the Policy and Distribution Services as described in the Installation guide:
