Problem: Certificates are not being copied to Windows NT/2000 Subscriber servers when you configure the Subscriber object's properties to receive the Distributions in a particular Channel.
Possible Cause: The administrator using ConsoleOne must have sufficient rights to the Subscriber server in order for a certificate to be copied to that server when the administrator resolves certificates in ConsoleOne. This is because when you use ConsoleOne to configure a Subscriber object to receive the Distributions from a particular Channel, the Distributors owning the Distributions in that Channel must send certificates to the Subscriber's server.
This problem does not exist for NetWare Subscribers, because the ConsoleOne user automatically has sufficient rights by virtue of being able to configure the Subscriber object.
