Unable to get the install response file name. Install will now exit

Severity:  Critical

Action:  Follow these steps:

  1. Delete all the files from the Windows TEMP directory.

  2. Close all running programs.

  3. Reinstall Server Inventory. See Reinstalling Server Inventory on NetWare and Windows Servers .
