Possible Cause:  The Database object is not set properly in the properties page.

Action:  Ensure that the Database object properties are set properly. In ConsoleOne, right-click the Database object > click Properties > click ZENworks Database. Also, ensure that the properties page contains the properties that are correct as per your database configuration. For more information, see Configuring the Database Location Policy in Setting Up Server Inventory in the Administration guide.
