Explanation:  SNMP information is stored in the TEDNODE.PROPERTIES file located in the \install_dir\ZENWORKS\PDS\TED directory. The Distributor Agent cannot successfully use the information provided in the TEDNODE.PROPERTIES file.

Possible Cause:  The TEDNODE.PROPERTIES file has been damaged or tampered with.

Action:  Refresh the Distributor to update the TEDNODE.PROPERTIES file with current information from eDirectory. See Refreshing the Distributor in Policy and Distribution Services in the Administration guide.
