Explanation:  The Policy/Package Agent was unable to process the information configured on the Targeted Messages page of the Server Down policy in a Server Package.

Possible Cause:  The policy has been damaged during distribution.

Action:  Resend the policy package. See Distributing Policies in Policy and Distribution Services in the Administration guide.
