NetExplorer does not have access to any of the routers in my network

Possible Cause:  If NetExplorer does not have access to all the routers in your network, the servers and workstations will not be automatically discovered.

Action:  In order to discover and manage your servers, use file-based discovery to obtain information about all the machines you want to manage. For more information, see File-Based Discovery in Understanding Network Discovery and Atlas Management in the Administration guide.
