Identity Manager Driver 5.0.1 for PeopleSoft is a component of the Identity Manager Integration Module for Enterprise. This fully bi-directional driver automates data sharing and synchronization between Novell® eDirectory™ and any PeopleSoft application running on the latest version of PeopleTools.

A significant upgrade to previous drivers for PeopleSoft, version 5.0 makes it easy to create and manage directory objects with just a few simple changes to PeopleSoft data. For example, with appropriate configuration, the driver pulls new-employee data from PeopleSoft and pushes the information to eDirectory, where an account and password are automatically created. Likewise, as users are deactivated in PeopleSoft, their directory accounts are automatically closed or disabled, minimizing potential security risks. Identity Manager Driver for PeopleSoft can also synchronize other PeopleSoft data to the directory, including department records and financial accounts.
