We’re bringing Jason Back again. This time to ask some focused questions about Open Enterprise Server including:

  • What’s the difference between SUSE Linux Enterprise Server and Open Enterprise Server?
  • Do OES and SLES even play in the same space?
  • What are the pros & cons of each offering?
  • What type of services should be hosted on each?
  • What are the fundamental differences in features, pricing, licensing, etc?
  • Since OES comes in a NetWare-based version and a Linux-based version, which should I choose?
    • And, on that note, how can a NetWare-savant get started at learning Linux?

Post your tough questions in the comments section.
