Moving from Netware to OES 2 is “pie in the sky” for us. ! Until there is real time NSS filesystem audit capability that is identical to that deliverable with Blue Lance LT Auditor + OE Netvisions’ NVMonitor for Netware.
Giving up what you had yesterday for the “new and not so improved” is not value. Customers complained about this is 2002. 7 years and still no solution but at least there are promises.

A decision was obviously made to encourage the move to Linux. This is all well and good consodering the corporate survival strategy, but one of the fundamental values delivered by Netware was pushed to the back burner or thrown out with the Netware trash.
Many of the customers that are still on Netware are there for this type of reason.
