It’s now clear to me that any existing IDM (Enterprise users) are entitled to SSPR licences.
Unfortunately, I still can’t see it on their NCC profile.
Do we need to make a formal demand to get it? And for further customer, could we use SSPR as an additional module in order to facilitate the negotiation.

IDM customers with active maintenance will automatically get SSPR download link in their customer portal. The link is already available for all the IDM customers. If they are not seeing the link, they could raise a ticket and the team would run the entitlement table once again to fix this.
And yes, SSPR entitlement can be used to help close new IDM customers.
