This section describes how to download all files in a folder as a .zip file. For information about how to download specific files within a folder or area, see Section 6.7, Downloading Files.
Consider the following when downloading files in a folder:
You cannot download a folder that contains a total of more than 1,000 files. (Files can be located in the folder itself and any sub-folders.)
If the combined size of all files in the folder that you are downloading exceeds 4 GB, you must have the Zip64 extension installed on the workstation where you are downloading the files.
To download all files in a folder:
Navigate to the folder or location that contains the files that you want to download.
Click the drop-down arrow next to the folder name, then click .
or
If you are in the folder where you want to download all files, click the next to the folder name, then click .
Save the
file to your workstation, then extract it.Any folder hierarchy is maintained in the .zip file.
(Optional) You can now edit the files and save them back to Filr, as described in Section 6.3.2, Downloading and Editing a File.
