When you install a NetWare® 5.1 server or upgrade from NetWare 3, NetWare 4, or NetWare 5, the server-installation program automatically installs Novell® Licensing Services (NLS) on that server.
By default, the installation program also installs license certificates for a Server Connection Licensing (SCL) environment. However, you might have elected not to install the certificates.
You can install the certificates later using NetWare Administrator or NWCONFIG.NLM.
