The Remote Management operations that are enabled on your device, and the settings that apply to those operations, are controlled by your administrator through the use of a Remote Management policy.
You can view the policy settings. However, you cannot change any of the settings. To view the settings:
Right-click the ZENworks icon in the notification area.
Click Technician Application.
In the left navigation pane, locate the Remote Management heading, then click Policy.
In the Category list, select the policy category you want to view: General, Remote Control, Remote View, Remote Execute, File Transfer, Remote Diagnostics, or Security.
