Explanation: INETCFG could not be loaded because a resource tag could not be allocated from the NetWare operating system.

Possible Cause: The server is low on memory.

Action: Increase the memory available to the server. See Freeing Server Memory Temporarily in the Server Operating System Administration Guide. When more server memory is available, reload INETCFG.
